History of B & S italia spa

The B & S italia spa group was founded in 1985 as a result of the common resolve of some of the most qualified and experienced insurance brokers registered in the specific register of Insurance Brokers in Italy, one of them gets long family tradition in the mediation since the end of 1800.

Our group structure is intended to provide maximum flexibility; it comprises numerous professional brokers who carry out their activity across Italy through an efficient and widespread network of coordinated offices, providing consulting and high quality services to over 10,000 clients.

B & S activity is centred on the professional skills and close cooperation of the individuals working for the group; B & S is one of the few players in the insurance broker market in Italy that is completely independent from the influence or control of multinational, banking, insurance, industrial or financial groups.

In terms of size and of range of products and services offered we are one of the leading players in the industry; in the conduct of our business we benefit from our reach that covers the entire insurance market and especially the most vital centres in Europe, such as France, Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain where we have access at Lloyd's.

We are active worldwide through our correspondents who carry on business with the most qualified local players only.

Accordingly, we also conduct business internationally, covering large areas that are currently involved in an expansion process, as a result of the increasing openness of markets.
